Forgotten Foods Festival
March 28th to April 6th
This month, our restaurants are coming together to launch Chef Driven's inaugural Forgotten Foods Festival, an homage to dishes that have all but disappeared from today's dining scene.
Enjoy special menus at each restaurant, built on memories from our Executive Chefs and their teams; long-ago recipes passed down through families, dishes discovered while on vacation somewhere new, or techniques mastered in the early days of their culinary careers.
For drinks, our Beverage Director and Partner Aviram Turgeman has curated a selection of unique and truly bygone beverages for you to enjoy. Toast to the start of the festival with a glass of Blanquette de Limoux, sourced from the birthplace of deliberately sparkling wine, and produced even before Champagne, or sip on a 90s classic, the Apple Martini. Originally made with vodka and cheap sour apple pucker, our modern version features gin that we freeze infuse with local apples, artisanal apple liqueurs, green apple purée, vanilla and lime juice.
